In the event you are unable to attend an event you have registered for OR purchased a ticket for, you may request a refund up to 72 Hours prior to the event's start time. Inside this window, the Tug Valley Area CVB does not offer event registration refunds.

Shipping/Fulfillment/Delivery Policy
When purchasing tickets for an event, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 Hours of the purchase to the customer, informing them of a summary pertaining to their purchase, including but not limited to, quantity of tickets purchased, date/time of event, location of the event, contact information, special event requirements, and recommendations for the event they plan to attend.
